Classic Vending utilizes service personnel that are qualified to fill, clean and service the machines. Most companies will not allow the route technician to service their machines. We believe that the person should be able to address any coin or bill jam and minor repairs that can be accomplished in a reasonable amount of time. Classic Vending's technicians have over twenty five years of experience in the vending industry.
It is our policy that several route technicians be familiar with each account. This way service is not affected when the normal route person is on vacation. We will provide a consistent high level of customer service no matter who is servicing the machines. Your staff should not even be aware that a different person is providing the service.
